[FEAT] Import the source_content_sha256 when importing Notebooks

🚀 Feature description

Currently when importing a Notebook it does not import the Content hash. This means when trying to deploy after an import it always tries to update the Notebook.

🔈 Motivation

Notebook import is not usable if the Hash is not imported.
