App crashes when stopping wifi hotspot, and shutdown takes too long

Issue
When clicking stop on the wifi hotspot, the entire app crashes even other apps. Additionally, the shutdown process takes an unusually long time.

Environment
OS: Fedora Linux 41 (Workstation Edition)

Additional Observation
If the screen turns off due to inactivity or sleep while the hotspot is active, reopening the screen results in the mobile hotspot not functioning properly. Attempting to stop the hotspot after this causes the crash and slowdown issue mentioned above.

The same happens to me when my laptop suspends while the software is running.
After the laptop wakes up again, the hotspot created by the software disappears, but the stop button is still available. When I click the Stop button, it starts doing something but never completes. I checked my syslog and found that its causing some kernel crash. When I try to shutdown, the shutdown never completes, I am just stuck on black screen with display and lights on, unless I force poweroff by keeping power button pressed down.

@nitikcn I am also experiencing this exact same behavior. Mine is qualcomm card using ath10k_pci.

For now I am using nmcli. Create a wifi-hotspot using nm-connection-editor and turn it on using nmcli con up <connection-name>
